This 18th-century villa is a true Tuscan architectural gem located on the island of Elba. With its private pool, completed in 2021 and featuring a sun deck and relaxation area, as well as a vineyard producing an excellent white wine, it offers an exclusive experience just minutes from the most beautiful beaches of Porto Azzurro.

The 350-square-meter property can accommodate up to 14 guests in seven air-conditioned bedrooms, furnished with period pieces. The interiors have retained the original terracotta floors, barrel vaults, and a spectacular elliptical stone staircase. Every detail reflects the care taken in a conservative restoration that respects the building’s history and architecture.

The large flower-filled garden is surrounded by olive trees, lemon trees, century-old pines, and palm trees. The fenced-in pool, located 60 meters from the villa, is equipped with lounge chairs, umbrellas, and a shaded gazebo. A 19th-century wrought-iron arch leads to the private vineyard and parking area.

From this prime location, you can enjoy breathtaking views of the Gulf of Porto Azzurro and the surrounding countryside. The villa is situated along the GTE, the trail that crosses the entire island, ideal for joggers, cyclists, and outdoor enthusiasts. Beaches with crystal-clear waters are easily accessible.
