About this house
At the end of a quiet little road, nestled among the vineyards, stands a small, deconsecrated 18th-century church that has been carefully restored. The double-height space, the large arched window at the top of the facade, and the fresco on the vaulted ceiling featuring the coat of arms of the noble owners make this living room truly extraordinary.
Underfloor heating runs beneath the original old marble slabs. The white-lacquered iron loft contrasts with the black kitchen, while the modern, cheerful furnishings complement the historic details. The lighting has been carefully selected—ceiling lights, indirect lighting, or floor lamps—to suit the mood of the evening.
On the private alleyway, you’ll find a small table with a parasol, perfect for an aperitif or an al fresco lunch: the atmosphere is reminiscent of an ancient village. The house is located at the end of a quiet little road, nestled among the Trentino vineyards.
Trento is a 10-minute drive away, the lakes of Levico and Piné are 20 minutes away, and Lake Garda is 40 minutes away. In less than an hour, you can reach Val di Fiemme, Monte Bondone, the Paganella Plateau, or the South Tyrolean Dolomites.
