Boutique villa with view near Lake Trasimeno

About this house

This boutique villa welcomes you on the border between Tuscany and Umbria, near Petrignano Del Lago. The interiors blend vintage furnishings and modern pieces with the classic features of this Italian farmhouse. Custom-made furniture, designed by the owners and crafted by local artisans, coexists with carefully selected antiques.

The warm and elegant spaces of the villa display a playful aesthetic that pays homage to the greats of Italian design. A record player with a vinyl collection and a projector reflect the owners' passion for music and cinema. Each room has a smart speaker and the living room has a 55-inch smart TV.

Outside, you will find several areas to relax: a large private swimming pool, a 16-seat dining table under a vine-covered pergola, a wood-fired oven, a brazier in a field of helichrysum, and a flower-filled vegetable garden. The outdoor spaces invite you to enjoy your days in the open air surrounded by Mediterranean scents.

The location is ideal for exploring Montepulciano, Cortona, and Lake Trasimeno. In an hour, you can reach Arezzo, Perugia, or Siena, while Florence is 90 minutes away. Our favorite tour? A walk and wine in Montepulciano, then on to Pienza to watch the sunset. Arezzo will amaze you with its elegance.
