The south-facing terrace allows you to enjoy the sun all day long, while the partially covered area provides shelter in all weather conditions.
The interior of the house offers bright rooms that invite nature inside and create a perfect base for relaxation. The practical floor plan makes it easy to be together, whether you are looking for company or peace and quiet.
The garden is a chapter unto itself, with old fruit trees that yield plums, apples, and walnuts in season. Here you will also find berry bushes and elderberries, which add to the cozy atmosphere.
From the house, it is only a few minutes' walk to the beach, where you can choose between two bathing jetties.
