The villa is laid out over several half-levels. The Master, Pinarello, and Bavella suites are accessible from inside; the Master Suite features a bathtub, a shower, and a view of the bay. The open-concept living room opens onto a panoramic terrace. The Majorelle and Jardin suites each have their own exterior entrance.

The main terrace features lounge chairs, outdoor sofas, a dining area for ten, a charcoal grill, and a pétanque court. The heated saltwater pool measures 8×4 m with a flat bottom, a safety cover, and a connected alarm. The landscaped garden spans 1,600 m².

Pinarello, with its fine sandy beach, bars, and restaurants, is a 5-minute drive away. The region offers the beaches of Saint-Cyprien, Santa Giulia, Palombaggia, and Rondinara; the old town of Porto Vecchio; the cliffs of Bonifacio; and the Bavella Massif.
