About this house
In this authentic red wooden house from 1952, built with materials from the Frøslev camp, you'll find a unique blend of history and modern comfort. The house exudes tranquility and simplicity, where the original soul has been preserved through a gentle renovation.
The newly renovated interior offers modern amenities while preserving the special character of the house. A charming feature is the bathroom, located in the basement with its own entrance from the outside. In the basement, you'll also find practical garden furniture and entertainment in the form of croquet and kings games.
The 1,800 m² garden is designed as an organized natural garden with berry bushes and fruit trees. Here you can enjoy the outdoors with several barbecue options, an outdoor shower and a unique shelter built from a former playhouse. A bike shed with five bikes of different sizes is ready for your adventures.
From the house you have easy access to the area's many attractions. Take a bike ride to Gilleleje harbor, enjoy an ice cream at Heatherhill overlooking the Kattegat, or explore the local flea markets. Tisvildeleje and Hundested are also within reach for a day trip.
