In the large living room, you can relax on design classics. The modern kitchen with induction stove and wood-burning oven offers direct access to the terrace. Two bright bedrooms with patio doors create space to make you feel right at home. A work area with a library invites you to concentrate on your work.

Around the house, you will discover a variety of special places: the courtyard for breakfast in the morning sun, the covered terrace for barbecuing, the garden with fruit trees for reading and dozing. In the evening, gather around the fire pit and enjoy the view of the valley, the forest, and the lake.

Meadows, streams, and forests await you right outside the front door. Within a 20-kilometer radius, you will find swimming lakes, caves, an enchanted forest, and museums. Visit the weekly markets in Schwäbisch Gmünd or the half-timbered houses of Schwäbisch Hall. Hiking enthusiasts can also explore the nearby Swabian Alb.
