Loft flat with green terrace in Skøyen

About this house

You’ll live in a spacious apartment that combines classic elegance with modern design. Large windows let in light throughout the day, creating an open, comfortable atmosphere. The apartment is divided into zones that give you the freedom to move about as the day goes on—from quiet reading nooks to more social moments.

Two living areas, an open kitchen, and a separate workspace allow you to tailor your living space to your own needs. The bedroom and the two bathrooms form a private zone, quiet and comfortable, with a sense of understated quality. Everything has been designed with a focus on tranquility and harmony.

The terrace serves as an extra room for much of the year. It is lush and sheltered, with lilacs, hydrangeas, roses, wisteria, and grapes—a small green oasis in the middle of the city. From here, you’ll experience a nice balance between the urban and the green.

Skøyen offers easy access to all of Oslo. The Flytoget is just a few minutes away, and Oslo S can be reached in about four minutes by train. In the immediate area, you’ll find cafes like Café Ro and Kanelsnurren, as well as Machmanns for fresh meals. Frogner Park, Bygdøy, and the harbor promenade are nearby—perfect for walks along the water or cultural stops.
