The local Thyboers are quiet but warm people, and you will encounter humor and good laughs in the commercial life of Hurup and other nearby towns.

The Skagen-inspired house is built with the common areas on the first floor, giving you maximum views both inside and outside. The bedrooms are on the ground floor, and the house has three toilets and two bathrooms. The layout makes it easy to get together and at the same time find peace and quiet when you need it.

From the terrace on the first floor, you have a fantastic view of the fjord and the small harbor. Despite its central location, there is plenty of privacy, so you can enjoy the view and outdoor life completely undisturbed. The area around the house offers rich wildlife and peaceful surroundings.

SMK Thy Art Museum opened in the summer of 2025 and is a fantastic attraction nearby. You can explore the many burial mounds on walks, visit Syd Thy Kurbad 6 km away, or head to Agger beach 20 km to the west, where Thy National Park begins. Hurup town offers all shopping opportunities, butchers, cafes, and restaurants.
