Flat with rooftop terrace at Scharmützelsee

About this house

You live in the front row at Scharmützelsee, where the view of the water feels like you're on a boat. The apartment is located in a modern complex and combines design with a direct view of the lake. Large windows open up the space to the expanse of water. A place for anyone looking for peace and style.

The living area is generously proportioned with underfloor heating, dark wooden floorboards, and a fully equipped kitchen with a cooking island. Three bedrooms offer space for the whole family. The master bedroom has its own bathroom with natural light, a shower, and a bathtub. A separate bathroom ensures comfort during longer stays.

From your living room, you can access the large rooftop terrace with an outdoor bed, lounge, and dining area—perfect for long summer evenings overlooking the lake. An additional small balcony invites you to enjoy quiet morning moments. The spa area with an indoor pool, two saunas, and a fitness room, which can be used communally in the house, rounds off the offer.

Lake Scharmützel is one of the largest lakes in Brandenburg and is ideal for swimming, stand-up paddling, and boating. The Dorsch am Wasser and the Freilich am See, which serves Bavarian cuisine, are just a few minutes' walk away. For families, there are organic farms, a petting zoo, and the SaarowTherme with saltwater pools and saunas.
