This historic forester’s residence, built in 1895 and designated a historic landmark, has been lovingly renovated to meet healthy living standards. Spanning 140 square meters and accommodating 4–6 people, your vacation home preserves the special charm of the historic forestry office. The interior design features sustainable, locally sourced materials and clever upcycling.
The spacious ground-floor apartment features two bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom, and a guest restroom. In the expansive dining and living room, a Swedish tiled stove provides cozy warmth. You can access the apartment via the historic oak half-timbered veranda or through the large staircase from the courtyard side.
The fully fenced property surrounds the house generously. Horses graze year-round in the adjacent paddock. Across the way, you’ll find the large historic barn with workshops and seminar rooms, as well as an open pavilion. The spacious garden offers several seating and barbecue areas, as well as a furnished dining area.
In the basement, a spacious sauna area with a shower and lounge chairs awaits you. The open pavilion and the various garden areas invite you to enjoy barbecues and relax together. A washing machine and dryer are available as needed—all included, of course.
