About this house
The house is the first one in an old garden community with lush gardens, a shared playground, and a skate ramp. It’s an open home that brings people together and is a great fit for a small family that wants to live close to Copenhagen without being right in the middle of it.
The kitchen is spacious and perfect for cooking at home when you need a break from city life. Two of the bedrooms are off the living room, while the third is separate and can be closed off with a door. During colder months, there’s a heat pump and a wood-burning stove.
The garden is enclosed and lush, with space to sit outside and a trampoline for the kids. There’s parking for a car and bikes right in the garden, and nice bike paths nearby lead to Amager Fælled.
The house is located between the airport and downtown, with Ørestad Station nearby, offering a direct line to the airport and a metro connection to downtown. The Fields shopping center, featuring numerous dining options, Lidl, Netto, and a pizzeria, is all close by.
