About this house
At an elevation of 900 meters, this fully modernized 200-year-old farmhouse offers unobstructed views of the countryside, the mountains, and—in the distance—the town of Mojácar and the Sierra Cabrera. With no neighbors nearby, the days pass without noise or traffic, surrounded by almond and olive trees as far as the eye can see.
The kitchen is fully equipped and spacious, designed for groups of up to 10 people. The living areas and bedrooms are roomy, and the property includes all the modern amenities a large group might need for a restful stay.
In the inner courtyard, you’ll find the pool, a shower, lounge chairs, a barbecue, a shaded area, and tables with chairs for al fresco dining. Out front, there are hammocks, more lounge chairs, and another large table under a south-facing covered area, with unobstructed, endless views.
The town of Taberno is a 5-minute drive away and features bars, a public pool, a doctor’s office, a bakery, and a supermarket. The beaches of Mojácar, Vera, and Los Terreros are a 45-minute drive away; Mini Hollywood is an hour away; and the Vera water park is a 45-minute drive away.
