In the heart of the Perche region, this fully renovated house offers panoramic views of the surrounding countryside. You will enjoy a huge green plot of land, just a few kilometers from the Réno-Valdieu forest and Mortagne-au-Perche, perfect for exploring this bucolic region.
The exposed beams and stonework create an authentic atmosphere, while modern amenities ensure your comfort. On the ground floor, you will find a fully equipped kitchen opening onto a living room with a pellet stove. Upstairs, two bedrooms and two bathrooms accommodate the whole family.
The sheltered terrace extends your living space outdoors. A path leads to the swimming pool (11m x 4.5m), accessible from May to September between 10 a.m. and 6 p.m. A ping-pong table completes your outdoor relaxation experience.
