Pool house 5 mins from town among vineyards

About this house

A small hamlet of four homes nestled among vineyards, hazelnut groves, and woods in the Langhe hills: this is where you’ll find this house, which shares a pool with another apartment, about a ten-minute walk from the village of Novello. The silence is genuine, the location is peaceful yet not isolated, and privacy is guaranteed by the fact that this is the first house in the hamlet.

The interiors were custom-designed and crafted in collaboration with local artisans, with great attention to detail, design, and the selection of furnishings. Several works of art are already on display in the apartment, complementing spaces where every element has been carefully considered.

The house features a private outdoor area with a table, while the garden has been tended with the same care as the interiors, reflecting a direct connection to the nature surrounding the home. The outdoor spaces open onto the landscape of vineyards and woods that characterizes this part of the Langhe.

After booking, you’ll receive a detailed guide with suggestions for places, experiences, cafés, and restaurants in the Langhe—all personally selected—providing a solid starting point for exploring the region.
