Located on a peaceful estate accessible via a tree-lined driveway, this spacious cottage offers plenty of room to relax and unwind. With 125 m² of living space, private terraces, and 1.5 hectares of garden to explore, you'll have all the space you need to enjoy a peaceful stay at your own pace.

On the ground floor, the layout extends from a bright and welcoming living room to a dining room and a fully equipped kitchen with all modern conveniences. A comfortable bedroom with en-suite bathroom allows for easy living on the ground floor. Upstairs, a large loft and two additional bedrooms can accommodate up to eight people, complemented by a second bathroom for added convenience.

Outside, the private terraces are perfect for al fresco dining around the wooden table, with a barbecue ready for use on warm summer evenings. The large garden offers plenty of space for children to play and adults to relax, all in the peaceful and natural setting of the estate.
