About this house
The private terrace of this apartment is the perfect place for an aperitif at sunset. The view stretches from the mountains to the castle across the rolling slopes of the valley. Inside, the large mezzanine dominates the space, creating a spacious and bright environment that will welcome you with a wow.
The apartment is on two levels with a large living area and a fully equipped kitchen on the ground floor. A beautiful wooden staircase leads to the first floor with the bedrooms and the loft overlooking the living room. The high ceilings give a unique feeling of spaciousness.
On the private balcony, you will find a snack bar with stools, perfect for moments of conviviality. On the ground floor, the garden welcomes you with a table, chairs, and a large umbrella for outdoor lunches and dinners surrounded by Tuscan nature.
Two swimming pools await you among the soft lawns: the large 16×8-meter saltwater pool and the 12×6-meter children's pool. By the pool, an honesty bar offers drinks and ice cream, while sun loungers and umbrellas guarantee maximum relaxation surrounded by the countryside.
