About this house
Your retreat combines loft-style living with panoramic views: through the large window, your gaze wanders over orchards to Lake Chiemsee. The 170 sqm apartment in the attic offers high ceilings, plenty of space, and a spacious balcony.
The centerpiece is the 100 m² living area with an open kitchen and plenty of seating. Velvet daybeds invite the whole family to relax. Decorative fish pictures and clay water lilies add maritime accents to the extravagant, colorful rooms.
As guests of this special house, you also have access to the property's first-class wellness facilities. While you enjoy complete privacy in the apartment, you share the refreshing pool and sauna on the spacious grounds with the few residents of the other three residential units in the house – a place for both socializing and relaxation.
From the balcony, you can enjoy views of orchards and reed beds – perfect for relaxing evenings and sunsets in peaceful surroundings.
Lake Chiemsee is right on your doorstep, inviting you to take boat trips, go swimming, and stroll along the shore. The region offers bike paths through nature and charming places to discover.
