Spacious harbourfront apartment with sea view

About this house

Blå Kors Toppen is a bright penthouse apartment in the heart of the harbor district in Åkrehamn. Here, you’ll live right by the water, with views of the boats and the horizon. The light changes the mood throughout the day, and the contrast between the tranquility inside and the bustling activity out on the pier creates a unique atmosphere.

The apartment features high ceilings, large windows, and an open floor plan that offers space for both quiet reflection and socializing. The bright, airy style makes it easy to relax and simply be present.

The outdoor areas around the harbor are open and accessible. Here you can stroll along the pier, watch the boats go by, or simply sit outside and enjoy the coastal ambiance. Right by the apartment, you can book a lakeside sauna—perfect to combine with a refreshing dip in the lake.

Åkrasanden is about a 10-minute walk away, with a long sandy beach and great hiking opportunities. Mortholmen offers peaceful walks and evening sun, while Avaldsnes and the Nordvegen History Center take you back in time to Viking history. The historic town of Skudeneshavn is 15 minutes away, and Haugesund is just a short drive away.
