Summer house with panoramic sea views on Røsnæs

About this house

Enjoy the panoramic views of Kalundborg Fjord and the Great Belt from the 25 m² elevated wooden terrace. This fully renovated vacation home features bright rooms with large southwestern-facing windows and four terraces that provide sun and shelter all day long. The open floor plan connects the ground floor and first floor, while the separate annex offers a space for peace and quiet.

White wooden walls and white-painted rafters create an authentic cottage atmosphere. The fully equipped kitchen makes it easy to prepare meals, while the house’s open floor plan invites togetherness. The open lawn in the 1,000 m² garden is perfect for play and offers plenty of space for both children and dogs.

The garden is surrounded by a living fence of pine trees and adorned with grasses and pampas grass. The open lawn provides space for activities, while the terraces offer both morning sun and shelter from the wind. From here, you can enjoy the view and the peaceful atmosphere of the established summer cottage neighborhood.

Take a walk to the Bronze Age mound 200 meters from the house with views of Samsø, Sejerø, and Fyns Hoved. Scenic hiking trails lead you directly from the door to dramatic cliffs, meadows, forests, and the beach. Visit Røsnæs Harbor with its swimming facilities, public sauna, and cozy ice cream stand, or explore the protected nature area Vindekilden with its wild horses. If you’re into golf, you can also visit Kalundborg Golf Club.
