Charming home with garden and sauna in Valby

About this house

You live in a home that feels like a summer house in the middle of the city—quiet, spacious, and closely connected to the garden. The large open kitchen-living room is the heart of the house, where you can gather for dinner, light the fireplace on cool days, and enjoy the natural transition to the garden through the large doors.

The house has a master bedroom, a children's room with two beds and a small play corner, as well as a combined office, guest room, and music room with direct access to the courtyard terrace. Here you will find a large outdoor sofa — the perfect place for morning coffee, afternoon sun, or long summer evenings.

The garden gets sun all day and offers several small corners where you can relax, eat outside, or just enjoy the peace and quiet. Here you will also find the sauna, which is wonderful to use in the evening or after a walk in the nearby parks. The home has been carefully designed by Ines, who is a designer — simple, warm rooms with an eye for detail and atmosphere.

Your base is located in green Valby, close to Valbyparken — Copenhagen's largest park with themed gardens, open grassy areas, and lovely paths along the water. Perfect for picnics, playgrounds, or sunset walks. Inside the park, you will find Picniq, a cozy café and restaurant with seasonal dishes and a large outdoor terrace. Karens Minde Kulturhus is a charming cultural center with a café, events, and a small children's playground nearby.
