Modern architect-designed house by Darß Forest

About this house

Between the unspoiled nature of the Vorpommersche Boddenlandschaft National Park and the charming Baltic Sea resort of Prerow, an exclusive and award-winning architect-designed house with an uncompromising south-facing orientation awaits you. The unobstructed view of the natural meadow, which merges seamlessly into the Darßwald forest, creates a unique connection to the surroundings.

The well-thought-out design concept of the vacation home combines modern comfort with timeless elegance. The generous window fronts allow natural light to flood in and enable a constant dialogue between the interior and exterior spaces.

After a long walk on the beach or a bike ride through the idyllic countryside, you can relax in the in-house sauna with panoramic windows – a retreat that perfectly combines warmth, tranquility, and that vacation feeling.

From your private property, you can immerse yourself directly in nature. The spacious lawn in front of the house invites you to linger, while the adjacent forest forms a mysterious, almost fairytale backdrop.

The fine sandy Baltic Sea beach with its impressive new pier is only a few minutes away by bike. Explore the picturesque surroundings on two wheels, visit the charming tea room in the village, or take trips to the idyllic Bodden villages of Wieck and Born.
