About this house

This house is part of an ancient Camaldolese village dating back to the 1700s, and we've completely renovated it with bespoke furniture and attention to every detail. Exposed stone walls and wooden beams blend with modern design elements, creating a balance between the past and the present. You're the stars of a stay designed for your well-being.

We've designed the interiors with a colour palette that promotes calm. You can move freely through spaces where every choice—from materials to colours—is designed to make you feel at home. The renovation has preserved the building’s historic character, enriching it with custom furnishings.

Perched on a hillside, the house offers cool evenings where you can relax in the heated hot tub, surrounded by medicinal plants such as lavender and echinacea, or in the shared pool. The garden features carefully arranged plants and thoughtfully chosen materials. There's a raised vegetable garden where you can harvest your own produce. The shared pool is 14 metres long and features Roman steps.

The area's of great interest for hiking and its scenic beauty, making it ideal for nature lovers. The house sits 12 km from Cortona and Castiglion Fiorentino, and you'll reach it along a 3-km country lane that leads to a secluded and unique setting.
