Lakeside villa with sauna and hot tub in Gerastorp

About this house

A unique blend of history and modern comfort awaits you in this charming lakeside villa, originally built by a Swedish boat captain. The newly renovated villa with its two guest houses offers you a private oasis with over 200 square meters of living space and a plot of 5000 square meters.

The well-planned interior comprises two floors with an open floor plan. The ground floor offers a living room with a fireplace, a TV room and a spa with shower, hot tub and sauna. Upstairs is a large living room with dining area, fireplace and a well-equipped kitchen.

The large wooden terrace of the house encloses the main house and offers several lounge areas with sun loungers and barbecue. The large lawn below is perfect for activities and games, while the two guest houses provide extra space for privacy.

Just 90 meters from the house is your private dock on the lake, perfect for morning dips or sunbathing. Fishing enthusiasts can catch pike and perch (with a fishing license), and for the adventurous there is the possibility to rent a rowing boat and SUP boards. The wood-fired sauna and hot tub offer year-round relaxation.
