Dreamy atrium house near Skrea Beach

About this house

This villa in Skrea Strand is designed around a sheltered atrium courtyard that makes it easy to enjoy both indoor and outdoor living during the summer months. The house is spacious and thoughtfully designed, offering space for both socializing and privacy, and the beach is less than a four-minute walk away along the path right outside the door.

Inside, the house offers generous living areas that make it comfortable to host large groups without feeling cramped. The floor plan also provides a more secluded part of the house, so that family and guests can find their own peace and quiet. When the weather permits, the doors between the house and the atrium courtyard can be left open.

The atrium courtyard is the house’s natural gathering place for long outdoor dinners and mornings in the sun. A staircase leads up to the rooftop terrace, where you can watch the light play across the rooftops and catch a glimpse of the sea. The laundry room has everything you need for a day at the beach.

Along the boardwalk, there are several restaurants, and the ice cream shop with homemade waffles is worth a visit. Falkenberg Havshotell, within walking distance, features an adventure spa, treatments, restaurants, and bars. In the immediate area, you’ll find an ICA supermarket, a bakery, and pizzerias, with a wider selection of dining options in the city center.
