About this house
Your five-star beach house combines modern comfort with a unique location nestled between two sandy coves—just 50 and 60 meters from the entrance gate. The newly renovated house features underfloor heating, a jacuzzi, a sauna, and three sun terraces, one of which offers a stunning view of the sea.
The centerpiece is the 60 m² living, dining, and kitchen area with an open kitchen, a Breton granite fireplace, and a cozy sitting area. The ground-floor master bedroom with a travertine en suite bathroom opens directly onto the terrace with a Jacuzzi and sauna through large sliding glass doors—ideal for guests traveling with dogs. Upstairs, a second sleeping area awaits you with its own travertine bathroom, a small library, and access to the terrace with sea views.
The spacious garden with an impressive driveway and a third terrace invites you to relax. The quiet, nature-filled location makes the property a perfect retreat. Fiber-optic internet is available for anyone who wants to stay online even while on vacation.
Guissény is located in one of the most beautiful corners of Finistère, surrounded by a unique coastal landscape. The two nearby sandy beaches are perfect for long walks and relaxing by the water. Discover the wild beauty of the Breton coast and enjoy the tranquility of this special region.
