Rural apartment with pool in Empordà

About this house

This apartment invites you to discover the authentic Baix Empordà through four separate 80-square-meter units, created in the former hayloft of this country house. Each unit features two bedrooms, a full bathroom and an additional half-bath, a fully equipped kitchen, and a living room. Perfect for unwinding without sacrificing any comforts.

The interior combines rustic warmth with modern functionality. The kitchen includes a dishwasher, refrigerator, oven, microwave, and washing machine. The spaces are laid out to offer privacy and comfort, with everything you need to feel at home during your stay.

A 1,300 m² garden surrounds the property, featuring a lawn where you can relax and views of Montgrí Mountain, crowned by its castle. The fenced-in 15x7-meter pool invites you to cool off, while the large porch with a barbecue is ideal for family meals outdoors.

Can Pujol is the last house in a typical Empordà village, 10–15 minutes from the beaches of Pals and l’Estartit. Medieval villages such as Ullastret, Pals, and Peratallada are nearby and worth exploring. Here, the tranquility of the countryside meets the cultural richness of the Costa Brava and Girona.
