This villa, located in the heart of a nature reserve in Salento, was once used for harvesting and processing tobacco. Today, it's been transformed into an oasis of peace where luxury's measured in tranquillity, time, and an authentic experience of Apulian culture, all within an unspoiled setting.

Inside the villa, local materials, natural textures and refined details bear witness to a meticulous restoration that's preserved the building’s original structure and character. The furnishings, simple yet sophisticated, reflect a Mediterranean-inspired philosophy of life, in which the choice of materials finds clear expression.

Outside, the villa enhances the surrounding landscape. Filippo Chiesa Ricotti and the Milan-based studio Gruppo Tre designed the architecture, transforming an old factory into a place where guests can discover what the source describes as “the luxury of time and silence.”

The villa stands near Cutrofiano in southern Puglia, an area defined by Salento's culture and natural beauty, and it's an ideal base for exploring a region rich in agricultural history, local traditions and the vast landscapes of Puglia.
