About this house
With the sea as a neighbor and the Kulla Peninsula on the horizon, this modern villa is perfectly located on the beach of Skälderviken. Here you can enjoy the sea view from the first floor, with only ten meters to the pier and a short walk to the sandy beach.
The villa is spread over two floors with generous living areas on both levels. Downstairs offers a well-equipped kitchen and a living room with a fireplace, while upstairs surprises with an additional living room that easily transforms into a home theater room. In total there are four double bedrooms and two bathrooms.
The outdoor environment is equally thoughtful, with two paved patios furnished for both sunbathing and dining under parasols. A Weber barbecue and a lawn perfect for cube games complete the social areas, and bathrobes are provided for spontaneous dips.
The area offers a perfect mix of nature and culture. With the forest around the corner and grazing sheep in the pastures next door, you get a rural idyll, while being close to charming places like Torekov, Båstad, Höganäs and Mölle with their cafes, restaurants and shops.
