The interior design celebrates simplicity and the use of natural materials. Discover a well-thought-out room layout with fine finishes, and a fantastic indoor climate thanks to a reciprocal ventilation system and highly insulated construction.
Outside, the house's terraces and large garden open onto the impressive Knudsø lake. Here you can enjoy the rich birdlife and tranquil atmosphere of the meadow, perfect for relaxing days or active afternoons with the family.
The rooftop terrace and jetty are just some of the places where you can enjoy unspoiled nature. The meadow offers biodiversity and activities such as disc golf and bonfires, while the lake is perfect for swimming and kayaking. The villas are connected, but you only share the fantastic meadow down to Knudsø on the 3000m² plot, with trampoline, jetty, disc golf and fire pit.
