About this house

Get close to each other and nature in this architect-designed vacation home in Kandestederne. The vacation home is built to blend in with the protected dune landscape that surrounds it, and with its sedum roof and clean wooden facades, it fits beautifully into the natural surroundings. Here you can take long walks by the North Sea and enjoy the peaceful surroundings. The holiday home is simply and cosily furnished with furniture that reflects the nature outside. With three bedrooms and a cosy extension for four people, the holiday home is perfect for a family or a couple of friends looking for a break in unspoilt nature. The open kitchen area offers plenty of space for shared meals with fantastic light and views of the countryside. In the cooler months, you can put your feet up in front of the lit wood-burning stove, and in the summer, you can open the large sliding doors so that indoors and outdoors merge together. The living room doors lead out to the beautiful wooden terrace, where dunes, straw, purple heather, and protected pots spread out in front of you. From the holiday home, it is only a short walk of 250 meters to the beach, where on calm days you can take a dip in the sea or walk along the gentle dunes of the North Sea in windy weather. Go on an adventure in beautiful Skagen or hike through the dune landscape to the sandbanks at Råbjerg Mile.
