Experience pure nature - this is possible on Svea and Arist's houseboat in the small marina in Berlin. Here, where the Havel constantly changes its colors and the sailboats pass by almost in slow motion, you can completely forget the hustle and bustle of everyday life. In summer, you can rock on the floating sofa in the Havel and dangle your legs in the water or relax in the hot tub from June to September. During the colder months, the sauna invites you to sweat with a view of nature. The houseboat is flooded with light thanks to the floor-to-ceiling windows in all rooms. The living room has a fireplace and a fully equipped kitchen. There is a bedroom with a large closet and a 160 cm wide bed that can be folded into the wall in a matter of seconds. Another bedroom is furnished with a 140 cm wide bed, a TV and a large bookshelf. This room can be connected to or separated from the living area as desired thanks to the sliding door. In addition to the bathroom with shower, there is also a separate WC. The houseboat offers not just one, but two terraces that will provide you with unforgettable moments. In summer, enjoy the sunset in the hot tub on the roof terrace or make yourself comfortable in the hammock in front of the living room. If you are tempted to leave the houseboat, the Grunewald forest, which starts directly behind the boat, invites you to take long bike rides and walks. You can also reach many other sights that Berlin and Potsdam have to offer in less than half an hour. You can even explore the Olympic Stadium and the Waldbühne on foot from the boat. Children under the age of 12 are welcome if they can swim safely.
