Farmhouse with pool close to hiking trails

About this house

You will stay on an estate where centuries-old tradition meets modern elegance. This farmhouse has been home to fruit and wine cultivation for many years, and its name derives from the distinctive triangular shape of the land, which blends harmoniously with the surrounding landscape.

This apartment combines historical heritage with contemporary design, creating the ideal setting for an authentic experience in the heart of Bolzano’s wine culture. Here you can discover the best of South Tyrol’s proud traditions in a modern setting.

Vineyards stretch out in the sunlight around the property, and the estate blends naturally into the rolling hills. From here, you have direct access to hiking trails that will lead you through the landscape. There is also a shared swimming pool with the other apartments on the property.

The "Rebe" trail takes you through the mountains, offering a glimpse into South Tyrolean winemaking. The Oswald Promenade and the Guntschna Promenade offer panoramic views of Bolzano, the Adige Valley, and the Mendel Mountains. Talferwiesen is perfect for families, with playgrounds and mini-golf nearby.
