About this house
Nestled in the heart of a 30-hectare estate crossed by a stream, this eco-renovated cottage invites you to enjoy an enchanting break in the countryside. Three private ponds await you for fishing, swimming, or a boat ride, while a heated saltwater pool promises moments of relaxation all year round.
Perfectly designed to accommodate families and groups of friends, the cottage is built around a cozy living room with a fully equipped kitchen. Five spacious bedrooms, including a separate master suite near the pool, offer optimal comfort. Natural materials such as lime and hemp create a healthy and soothing atmosphere.
The private terrace with its garden furniture and outdoor kitchen is the ideal place to gather for al fresco meals. The large grounds allow you to make the most of the unspoilt surroundings, whether playing table tennis or simply relaxing.
Nearby, you can discover local treasures at farmers' markets, particularly in Roquecor and Montaigu-de-Quercy. The listed villages of Penne d'Agenais and Tournon d'Agenais are well worth a visit, as is the Château de Bonaguil. Wine lovers will appreciate the vineyards of Cahors and Quercy.
