Beautiful, original summer house close to the sea

About this house

Barely an hour's drive from Copenhagen in lovely North Zealand, you'll find this gem of a genuine 70s wooden summer house. Situated at the end of a cul-de-sac leading to a lovely, protected area, there is plenty of space for the whole family to relax in true cottage style.

It exudes cottage coziness. It is so complete and original in its expression with pine planks on floors, ceilings and walls. The heart of the house is the living room and kitchen, which merge into one. It's spacious, the windows are large, the light floods in and you'll experience a lovely view of the large, green garden. You can open the doors and walk straight out onto the covered terrace. Sit in the garden furniture with a good cup of coffee and a book while the children enjoy the play paradise in the large garden, where they can climb into the cave built in an old poplar tree. The entire garden is framed by these beautiful trees, giving a wonderful feeling of being at one with nature. On the east-facing terrace, your family can sit and enjoy breakfast directly in the sun. What better way to start the day?

A lovely, family-friendly sandy beach is just a 600 meter walk away. Walk along the path that's right in the backyard. Take a nice dip in the sea or take a walk along the water's edge. Discover the Spodsbjerg area, which offers both beautiful nature and cultural experiences. Here you can see Spodsbjerg Lighthouse or Knud Rasmussen's house. Visit Hundested Harbor, eat a delicious ice cream and buy fresh fish to take home for dinner. The area has so many amazing things to offer.
