About this house
This hillside home in Umbria offers a natural panoramic terrace overlooking the Topino Valley, with hills and mountains stretching out all around. The front veranda is the perfect spot for evenings outdoors, enjoying aperitifs and dinners with the Umbrian landscape as a backdrop.
The interiors are tastefully and simply furnished, with soft color tones that make the spaces bright and restful. On the opposite side of the house is a laundry area from which you can admire the sunset toward Perugia and Tuscany.
The private pool is reserved exclusively for guests and features lounge chairs, umbrellas, and a relaxation area with armchairs and an outdoor TV, designed for the hottest hours of the day.
Heading down the hill, you’ll reach Petrignano di Assisi, which has supermarkets, a pastry shop, a pizzeria, and a bar serving cocktails. Within a 20-kilometer radius are Assisi, Spello, Bevagna, Montefalco, and Perugia. Umbria International Airport is about a 10-minute drive away.
