The house spreads across two levels. Upstairs there is a double bedroom with a balcony and a bathroom with both shower and bath. The ground floor holds three further double bedrooms, two bathrooms, and an open living area combining the kitchen, dining room, and sitting room.
The kitchen is well equipped with both a wood-fired oven and a gas oven, and it opens directly onto the garden where a stone barbecue sits ready for use. The surrounding terrain is hilly and wooded, and the property grounds stretch to around 5,000 sq m.
Golf is right beside the house, and the broader area supports mountain biking, hiking, skiing, climbing, and sailing. Stresa, Arona, Verbania, and Domodossola are all worth a day out, and the Borromean Islands are a classic excursion from this part of Lake Maggiore.
