Villa with spa and views of Monti Sibillini

About this house

This fully renovated building will open its doors in 2026 and offer a true haven of peace with breathtaking views of the Sibilla and the Vettore. You’ll find wellness facilities here: a Finnish sauna with a panoramic glass wall and a heated hot tub that seats six, both accessible year-round.

On the ground floor, you’ll be greeted by a spacious living room featuring a custom-made dining table crafted from chestnut wood and resin, a sofa, and a fireplace. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stovetop, an oven, a dishwasher, and a refrigerator. Upstairs, you’ll find three double bedrooms furnished with high-end mattresses.

The garden surrounds the villa, while the parking area can accommodate three cars and is equipped with a charging station. The hamlet has only twenty residents: here, you’ll find yourself immersed in a lush landscape of meadows and forests, in an oasis of peace and tranquility.

The villa is located within the Monti Sibillini National Park. In five minutes, you can reach Lake Gerosa, perfect for swimming, and in twenty minutes, Foce di Montemonaco, the starting point for excursions to Lake Pilato. Explore Montemonaco, Montefortino, Amandola, Norcia, and Ascoli Piceno, or cycle along the picturesque gravel paths.
