On a hilly nature plot in a pine forest, this characterful 1950s cottage has been lovingly modernized with respect for its original soul. The new kitchen and bathroom from 2023 meet the historic charm of the house in a perfect balance between past and present.
Inside, a bright and inviting living room welcomes you with large windows that let nature flow in. A comfortable sofa area and comfy armchairs around the wood-burning stove create a space for relaxation, while the spacious dining table seats 8 people for communal meals and socializing.
The 3,200 m2 natural grounds are planted with spruce and heather, creating an authentic nature experience right outside the door. Two terraces on either side of the house allow you to follow the sun throughout the day and enjoy the outdoors to the fullest.
The cottage is a short distance from the area's many natural gems. Visit the child-friendly Ebbeløkke beach, explore the excellent hiking trails at Sejerøbugtens beach meadows, or experience the authentic atmosphere of Odden harbor town with local restaurants and fresh fish from the fishmonger.
