Headland house with jetty and sauna in Söderhamn

About this house

You’ll be staying on a headland with ocean views stretching to the horizon. Here you’ll find a spacious dock with a sauna right by the water, a swimming ladder, and deep enough water for diving—perfect for morning and evening swims. The large terrace extends across several levels and connects the house with the surrounding nature.

The property offers the best of both worlds: a natural archipelago setting meets a large, flat lawn that stretches all the way down to the water. Here you can enjoy the rich wildlife and birdlife that is part of the archipelago.

You’ll find yourself deep within a sheltered cove in the Söderhamn archipelago, with forests and hiking trails just around the corner. The area offers everything from golf and padel to excellent restaurants like Månses Design, Kanonholmen Sea Food, and Systrarnas. Visit traditional Hälsingland farms or take day trips to Hudiksvall, Järvsö, or Gävle.

Söderhamn’s city center is just a ten-minute drive away, so you have both the tranquility of nature and the conveniences of the city within easy reach. You can reach a golf course just a 10-minute drive from the house
