Villa with cottage and private pool near Lucca

About this house

Nestled among the historic villas of Lucca, this property offers two independent accommodations: a main house and a charming cottage, perfect for families or groups of friends. The tranquility of the Tuscan countryside is combined with the convenience of having all amenities close at hand.

The main house is on two floors, with a spacious living area comprising a living room, fully equipped kitchen, and dining room. Upstairs there are two bedrooms and a full bathroom, plus a large covered terrace. The adjacent cottage offers an open-plan space with a mezzanine area featuring a sofa bed and double bed.

The real jewel of the property is the 3000 m² enclosed garden, where an 8x4 meter private swimming pool (accessible from April 27 to September 28) blends harmoniously among the olive trees. The outdoor area is enhanced by covered verandas, a wood-burning oven, and relaxation areas equipped with BBQs.

All essential amenities are just a few minutes away, while the main attractions of Tuscany are within easy reach: the historic center of Lucca, the beaches of Versilia, the mountains of Garfagnana, and cities of art such as Pisa and Florence.
