About this house
This single-story house, designed in the “Bassin-style cabin” tradition, is nestled at the end of a pedestrian cul-de-sac, surrounded by greenery, in Pyla Plage. You can head to the beach in your swimsuit and flip-flops, with a towel slung over your shoulder—it’s just 300 meters away. The house accommodates up to 6 people.
The 80 m² of living space is functional and very pleasant to live in. All the bedrooms open directly onto the terrace that surrounds the house, making it easy to move back and forth between indoors and outdoors. The entire layout is designed so you can enjoy every space without any constraints.
In the 400-square-meter garden, you can enjoy your coffee while watching a squirrel climb the mimosa tree, or settle onto the terrace during the golden hour with a view of the surrounding pine trees. The house is detached and surrounded by greenery.
Pyla Plage is just a stone’s throw from the Dune du Pilat, 1.5 km away. The Arcachon Basin then opens up to the Banc d’Arguin, Cap Ferret, the Teich Bird Sanctuary, and Bordeaux. You can also explore the vineyards of the Bordeaux region and the Médoc, or dine at Club Pereire on Pereire Beach.
