The area offers great hiking opportunities both summer and winter. In nearby Nysætervatnet, you’ll find excellent fishing and access to a small boat. A lovely bike path runs around the lake, perfect for the whole family, and the outdoor pool at Ikornnes Friluftsbad is nearby. If you’re looking for day trips, Ålesund, Geiranger, and Slogen are just a short drive away.
