About this house

Imagine opening your eyes and the first thing you see is a picturesque landscape—welcome to the former chicken coop of Guckelsby, a place that perfectly combines tranquility and nature. The balcony moments with a view are just as unique here as the morning swim in the Schlei.

The 130-square-meter apartment with its own kitchen and separate entrance is one of two apartments. Here you will find a symbiosis of historical charm and modern comfort. The living area with its generous windows invites you to start the day in a relaxed manner, while the cozy dining area forms the heart of shared moments. Three lovingly designed bedrooms offer space for dreams and a place of retreat for everyone.

The outdoor area features a fenced-in garden, which offers safety for little ones and four-legged friends. The southwest-facing terrace is perfect for barbecuing in the evening sun and lets you end the day surrounded by greenery.

In the surrounding area, the thatched-roof village of Sieseby awaits exploration, while the sandy beach of Damp invites you to sunbathe and listen to the sound of the sea. Cultural delights can be found in Kappeln or Arnis – including the best fish sandwiches far and wide.
