About this house

In this airy loft located in a historic coach house, an extraordinary retreat awaits you, offering breathtaking views of the Havel River. The spacious windows blend the water with the interior, creating a unique atmosphere that bridges the city and nature.

The open-concept living area impresses with its impressive 4.5-meter-high ceilings and a well-thought-out floor plan. A separate bedroom for two people and a comfortable sleeper sofa provide space to relax, while the kitchen and dining area invite you to spend time together.

The loggia opens up like another room to the surroundings and connects the interior with the garden. From here, you can enjoy the peaceful atmosphere by the water and wind down at the end of the day. The sauna and the spacious property are shared with other guests when the property is occupied, but thanks to their generous size, they always offer plenty of space for your privacy.

Werder, described by Fontane as an “impressive part of the Havelland,” enchants with its historic town center, winding alleyways, and vibrant cultural scene. Potsdam is just a 10-minute drive away, while the immediate surroundings invite you to paddle, swim, and bike through the avenues lined with fruit trees.

Contrary to the information below, the visitor’s tax is already included in the price in this case.
