Here, on a 3300 m2 natural plot surrounded by spruce, pine, and mountain birch trees, you will live completely undisturbed with the nearest neighbor 100 meters away between the trees. The newly renovated veranda extends around half of the house and invites you to spend long moments outdoors.

The cottage combines charm and space in a well-thought-out floor plan. From the large hall with underfloor heating, you reach two fully tiled bathrooms, one of which has a shower and washing machine. The original part has white-painted walls and floors with an open kitchen, large kitchen island, and wood-burning stove. The new part impresses with a 50 m2 living room with high ceilings, dark brown oak floors, and glazed paneling. There is a dining room and sitting area. Four bedrooms offer space for the whole family, two with sliding glass doors and oak floors.

The plot offers complete privacy among mountain birches and conifers. The generous space allows you to enjoy nature right outside your door, perfect for morning coffee on the porch or evening moments under the starry sky.

Vemdalen offers experiences all year round. In winter, you can go downhill skiing in Vemdalsskalet or Björnrike, both 10-15 minutes away. Try snowmobiling to Oxsjön for winter fishing or cross-country skiing at Klövsjö golf course. In summer, hike in Sonfjället National Park, visit Fettjeåfallet waterfall, or swim in Klövsjöbadet. Pick berries and mushrooms in the forests or explore the climbing park. Vemdalsbyn is 3 km away with shops, restaurants, and activities such as padel tennis and a trampoline park.
