Villa with cinema, pool & sea views in Almuñécar

About this house

This large Almuñécar property stays spacious and private even when the whole group is in. A private pool, a 30-square-metre covered porch, and a professional cinema room sit alongside 25 kW of solar panels that run everything quietly in the background.

The 90-square-metre open-plan kitchen and living room on the first floor has 2.9-metre ceilings and large windows that fill the space with light. The kitchen opens into the living area so whoever is cooking stays part of the conversation.

Downstairs, the cinema room has a 4K laser projector, a 3.5-metre screen, and a fibre-optic star ceiling. Outside, the pool and covered porch are where most of the day unfolds, with the porch working well for eating in the shade or sitting out in the evening.

The host recommends leaving the car and exploring Almuñécar on foot. The Castillo de San Miguel and Peñón del Santo reward a late-afternoon climb. Cotobro beach suits a calmer day, Plaza de la Rosa and Mar De Plata are local favourites for fresh fish and tapas, and the Maro-Cerro Gordo cliffs and Marina del Este are worth a drive.
