This house was built four years ago as an architectural dream where openness and playfulness take center stage. The large windows face the forest and give you complete privacy, while the bright rooms are spread over two half-floors and a small section on two floors.

The interior reflects a modern Scandinavian style with a flow between social areas and small hideaways. Throughout the house, sound absorbers are mounted under the wooden paneling on the ceiling, creating a calm and harmonious acoustics. There is also a fully equipped gym.

The large lawn of approximately 500 square meters is perfect for playing and ball games. The garden is completely secluded and surrounded by forest, giving you the feeling of being in the middle of nature while having plenty of space for outdoor activities.

Take a few minutes' walk to Långsjön, where you can go SUP boarding or swimming from the jetty at Herrängens gård. The farm also has a cozy café serving food. There is a newly built playground nearby, and just 1.5 kilometers away you will find the Gömmaren nature reserve with fantastic forest walks.
