Design cabin with panoramic views near Sjusjøen

About this house

When you wake up to the soft sunlight over the marsh and the silence settles like a soft blanket, you realize that this place is different. The cabin is located high up and secluded with a view to the south-southwest, built for tranquility and closeness to nature. The panoramic windows bring the landscape into the living room, and Nordic design meets Danish classics in rooms that feel warm and cozy.

Three bedrooms provide plenty of space, and the interior with clean lines, wood and textures creates a sense of calm. Here you will find both an espresso machine and a dishwasher, offering comfort without fuss. Eat around the table, cozy up in the corner with candlelight, or find a place in the lounge chair with the view as your companion. Small details make a big difference.

Outside, there is plenty of space for children, with a sandbox and toys in the summer and sledding in the winter. Thermos, backpack, and seat pad are ready for you, along with sleds and games. The marsh around the cabin provides peace and openness, and when the sun is low, everything is bathed in golden light. This is where your shoulders relax.

The cross-country ski trail starts right below and winds through a varied landscape, perfect for both leisurely trips and interval training. You are in the middle of the Sjusjøen trail network with over 350 km of perfectly groomed trails for both classic and skate skiing. Take a break at Hygga Fjellkro three kilometers away, or cycle for miles on mountain roads in the summer. Sjusjøen Ski Center is 15 minutes away, Hafjell 50. Go to Snørvillen for a 360-degree view, or Åstadalen for mountain peace.
