This is a listed 14th-century farmhouse that has been recently renovated to blend tradition and modernity. The 24-hectare private estate is located within the Montnegre Corredor Natural Park, surrounded by orchards and forests of pine and holm oak trees, 25 minutes from Barcelona.

The house has 300 m² of living space spread over three floors and can accommodate 13 people, with six bedrooms and three bathrooms. On the ground floor, there is a living-dining room, a kitchen with a fully equipped pantry, and a living room with a fireplace, TV, and Wi-Fi. One bedroom on the first floor features a wooden loft with two beds, offering views of the mountains to the northeast.

The spacious garden, located in front of the house, has outdoor tables and chairs, a barbecue with its own firewood supply, and a ping-pong table. From the property, there is direct access to hiking and biking trails through the estate and the natural park.
